Scope of Services. Through this Site, Fresh Cycle Laundromat markets and arranges Self-Service Laundry, Wash and Fold, Laundry Pickup, Laundry Delivery, Commercial Laundry. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Fresh Cycle Laundromat or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Fresh Cycle Laundromat reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fresh Cycle Laundromat makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Fresh Cycle Laundromat arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Cycle Laundromat from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IL for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
